Part-Time Science Teacher Learning

Join Oxford Learning Erin Mills as a part-time Science Teacher, specializing in Chemistry and Biology. Inspire high school students through engaging tutoring sessions and structured lesson plans.

This role is perfect for passionate educators available evenings and Saturdays. Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, or extensive tutoring experience are encouraged to apply. Tutor-teachers will follow our proprietary teaching methods and engage with students in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to 3 students simultaneously across different levels

• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies

• Maintain detailed post-lesson notes for student progress

• Communicate updates with students daily

• Foster a friendly and professional learning environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences preferred

• Experience tutoring Grades 9-12 in math and science

• Strong English communication skills required

• Ability to multitask effectively in a tutoring setting

• Reliable commitment through June and possibly summer
