In-Person Elementary Tutor Learning

Become an In-Person Elementary Tutor with Oxford Learning in Mississauga, starting August 2026. Support elementary students in mastering language and social studies subjects through engaged learning.

Oxford Learning is looking for passionate part-time tutor-teachers ready to inspire students in grades K-8. Teach in small groups, using our established methodologies without needing to create lesson plans from scratch. Commitment to evening shifts and Saturdays is essential, and your role will significantly contribute to students' academic self-esteem and skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach multiple students across varying levels

• Adhere to Oxford Learning’s teaching philosophies

• Deliver post-lesson evaluations and updates

• Foster a professional yet friendly learning environment

• Engage in ongoing staff training initiatives

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or certification

• Experience with K-8 tutoring or teaching

• Strong communication capabilities in English

• Effective multitasking when managing students

• Must be able to commute to the Mississauga location
