Part-Time Tutor Learning

Shape young minds as a Part-Time Tutor at Oxford Learning Orangeville. This in-person role focuses on supporting elementary students in language and social studies through engaging lessons.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team at Oxford Learning. As a Tutor, you will work during after-school hours, helping students in grades Kindergarten to 8. Your expertise in teaching methodologies and strong communication skills will be essential as you guide multiple students in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students at varying levels

• Provide engaging lessons in language and social studies

• Fill in post-lesson notes for student progress

• Maintain daily communication updates with students

• Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

• Experience teaching or tutoring grades Kindergarten to 8

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple students simultaneously

• Must complete vulnerable sector screening
