Oxford Learning is seeking motivated teacher-tutors for after-school sessions in Leaside, Ontario. This in-person position requires strong knowledge of the Grade 9-12 curriculum in math and science, including topics like Algebra, Trigonometry, and Biology. You will work directly with up to three students, employing pre-planned lessons aligned with our educational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students simultaneously at various levels

• Follow Oxford Learning's methodologies for effective tutoring

• Complete post-lesson notes and daily updates for students

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor

• Participate in staff events and ongoing training opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification needed

• Experience tutoring or teaching math at secondary levels

• Strong skills in math and science

• Ability to multitask effectively in sessions
