We are searching for a committed Education Director to oversee our educational delivery in West Vancouver, BC. This full-time role involves managing curriculum implementation, mentoring a team of tutors, and ensuring exceptional student outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all academic programs and curriculum delivery

• Recruit, train, and mentor tutors and instructors

• Conduct feedback sessions and professional development

• Monitor student progress and retention strategies

• Maintain communication with parents about student achievements

Requirements:

• Degree in Education or related field

• Minimum 3 years teaching/tutoring experience

• Previous leadership or mentoring experience

• Knowledge of British Columbia curriculum

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
