Student Engagement Coordinator Learning

In this full-time, in-person role, you will work closely with the Centre Director, guiding families through their educational journeys and mentoring teachers. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and celebrating student achievements while fostering a positive learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new families to Oxford Learning programs

• Conduct student assessments to track progress

• Develop individualized learning plans for each student

• Teach students during instructional hours

• Mentor teachers and support instructional excellence

Requirements:

• University degree in Education or related field

• Fluency in both English and French

• Experience in teaching or tutoring

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Passion for education and student success
