High School Math Tutor

Position: High School Math Tutor Role
Excel as a High School Math Tutor at Oxford Learning Maple! Deliver enriching math lessons in a friendly environment for grades 9-12.

As a part-time Teacher-Tutor at Oxford Learning, you will work with students in an engaging learning center. This position allows you to utilize pre-planned lessons and focus on essential topics such as algebra and calculus. Availability during evenings and some Saturdays is required to support learners through their academic paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct up to three students across different math levels

• Follow Oxford Learning teaching methodologies

• Document student progress through notes and updates

• Maintain a positive and supportive teaching atmosphere

• Engage with students through meaningful discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification

• Solid understanding of Grades 9-12 math curriculum

• Previous teaching/tutoring experience preferred

• Strong communication skills in English

• Dedication to student success in mathematics
