Step into the role of Interactive Coach at Oxford Learning Simcoe, focusing on empowering elementary students in math and language. This part-time tutoring position allows you to directly impact students' academic success.

We welcome passionate educators to support students in a fun and engaging environment. As a Coach, you will lead groups of up to three students and utilize our structured lesson plans without additional preparation. Your involvement is crucial in boosting their self-esteem and academic confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach up to 3 students at varying levels

• Follow pre-planned lessons aligned with our philosophy

• Document lesson notes and updates for students

• Foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere

• Encourage students to overcome academic challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or teaching certification

• Experience tutoring at K-9 level

• Strong understanding of current curriculum

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Ability to multitask with different students
