In this supervisory role with the Information Technology Team, you'll manage daily IT Support Services and ensure efficient responses to support inquiries. Your expertise in Microsoft platforms and networking will be essential, as will your strong leadership and communication skills. Engage in team development and the improvement of IT workflows across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily IT support operations and team management
• Ensure timely resolutions for all IT support requests
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding in Microsoft 365
• Maintain knowledge of networking technologies and best practices
• Mentor team members in troubleshooting and customer service
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
• Proven leadership experience in IT customer support
• Senior knowledge of Microsoft desktop environments
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Time management and initiative in task prioritization
Lead the IT Support Services team, focusing on operational excellence and exceptional customer service throughout Oxford County.
