As the Manager of Technology Risk & Controls, you will steer the technology risk function within Oxford’s Internal Controls. This role involves overseeing risk identification and mitigation while driving a strong control environment. Your expertise in cybersecurity principles and risk management will guide teams across Technology and Operations towards risk-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the Operational Technology Cybersecurity Framework

• Oversee technology risk assessments and mitigation strategies

• Ensure effective IT General Controls and cybersecurity practices

• Lead internal and external IT audits for compliance

• Deliver executive-level risk reporting to senior leaders

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field and 5–7 years of experience

• Strong understanding of NIST, ISO, COBIT, and controls

• Proven leadership in professional services environments

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
