Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily Neonatal Unit operations and performance targets
- Provide visible leadership to nursing and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee clinical governance, patient safety, risks, and complaints
- Lead workforce planning, safe staffing, and staff development
- Deputise for the Matron when required
- Experience leading within a complex clinical environment
