Key Responsibilities:
• Lead plant transformation and regeneration workflows independently
• Optimize transformation protocols for improved efficiency
• Tackle regeneration issues and contamination challenges
• Monitor and analyze data on transformation performance
• Train junior technicians and uphold laboratory standards
Requirements:
• BSc/MSc in plant science or a relevant field
• Extensive experience in plant tissue culture
