Key Responsibilities:
• Research and design AI systems for synthetic biology
• Lead collaborative projects with multidisciplinary teams
• Work with scientists to create computational solutions
• Provide expertise on computational biology approaches
• Support development of GBI data flows and MLOps
Requirements:
• PhD in molecular biology, computer science, or related field
• Experience in machine learning for biological tasks
• Ability to translate biological questions into computational tasks
• Fluent in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Excellent communication and time management skills
