Full‑time. Responsible for delivering exceptional service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols onboard the aircraft. Manage overall cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and legendary experience for all Clay Lacy clientele. Also involves maintaining aircraft inventory and ensuring the cabin is prepared according to owner preferences.
Key Details- Aircraft:
Gulfstream G600 - Location:
Oxford, CT (KOXC). Must reside within a two‑hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s base. - Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000; fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
- Operation:
Part 91 & 135 – 300 hours annually (150 each).
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers.
- Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, needs, allergies and other personalized requests.
- Regularly update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.
- Organize and maintain owner lockers, cages, office spaces, bedding, cabin supplies and equipment.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and ensure readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Prepare the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless before each flight.
- Shop for and stock the aircraft with the owner's requests and preferred items, rotating supplies as needed.
- Identify and address any cabin wear and tear issues, coordinating with the Pilot in Command and appropriate departments.
- Safely offload and load aircraft items during maintenance events as required.
- Set up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets highest standards.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner's schedule, adjusting to changes in flight schedules.
- Maintain continuous communication with In‑Flight Services management for smooth operations and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Travel will involve prolonged overnight stays in domestic and international locations.

- Schedules are subject to change. Employees must be available to work flexible hours as changes occur.
- Ability to work without direct management supervision.

- Standing and walking for extended periods of time.

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 in a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
