Open availability preferred for 1st and 2nd shift. Must be able to work on weekends.

Sales Associates are responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, within company policy. The role contributes to store profitability and growth, ensuring customer needs are met every step of the way. Employees are empowered to step outside the box to provide best‑in‑class service to all customers each day.

• Work a flexible schedule as needed and communicate verbally and in writing with management regarding store operations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines.
• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Provide the best customer experience to every customer.
• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Suggest possible purchases and promote specials.
• Assume full responsibility for execution of the customer service program at the site level.

• Minimize safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Enforce environmental and hazardous material regulations.
• Maintain safety and security of the store; document any accidents or incidents.
• Manage maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the store perimeter.
• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support implementation of the Safety and Health program.
• Report workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses promptly.
• Complete new‑employee safety orientation procedure.

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth‑grade level for change, shift reports, and product accounting.
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer, and juice containers with proper lifting techniques.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoor weather, inside the store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Maintain physical upkeep, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Lifting: up to 50 pounds at times.
• Traverse and access all store areas.
• Spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Spend prolonged periods standing.
