What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan targeting larger contractor accounts
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and operational leaders to present tailored solutions
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce and other engagement tools
  • Collaborate with regional management and marketing to refine strategies and improve processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of high-performing B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or technology markets
  • Proven track record of selling in complex environments, including multi-location or enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of the sales process with the ability to tailor approaches to various business models
  • Comfortable mentoring junior sales staff to enhance team performance
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in high-ACV deal sales
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in a consultative selling environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
