We are seeking a highly resourceful and organized Office Administrator to provide on‑site administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the General Manager and acts as a liaison to senior management.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This position is critical in ensuring smooth office operations and optimizing administrative systems for efficiency and organizational success.
What You’ll Do- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate and maintain an active calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, expense reports, and confidential correspondence.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for the General Manager’s schedule, ensuring priorities are met and time is optimized.
- Communicate on behalf of leadership with employees, community members, and external partners.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on sensitive or confidential issues, determining appropriate actions.
- Facilitate communication between senior management and internal departments to maintain trust and credibility.
- Track action items and deadlines to drive executive accountability.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences with seamless logistics.
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field - required
- Minimum 2 years in a professional office environment - required
- Minimum 2 years of event planning experience - required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite - required
- Experience managing travel logistics - preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Problem‑solving mindset with proactive approach.
