Applicants must be within driving distance to our Oxford, MS or Ridgeland, MS office and be able to commute to the office at least three days per week.

• Independently drive your own book or proactively support client teams on strategy and client deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Maintain client relationships independently or with client teams.
• Inform account team of any significant changes related to the client.
• Prepare or review materials for discussion with client teams or producers.
• Support account team members on any/all functions, including rate/coverage negotiations and rate review.
• Assist other Client Managers during high volume times.
• Execute on deliverables as communicated by the client team.
• Prepare client presentations, including meeting agendas and presentation documents.
• Attend and actively participate in client meetings when requested.
• Use tools such as Reference Connect, Playbook, MMA U and an intermediate understanding of available tools.
• Provide new business and renewal support: compile broker of record letters, participate in internal renewal strategy meetings, transmit renewal requests, gather renewal information, perform exposure analysis, send submissions to markets or rates online, conduct non‑admitted carrier due diligence, compare premium/rate/coverage, generate/update fee agreements, finalize proposals, send bind orders to carriers, receive binders, perform renewal premium allocation, order endorsements, perform audit reviews, and provide basic contract review.

• 3‑5 years of prior experience in business insurance or related field.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree (RMIN, Finance, Accounting) is a plus.
• Advanced designation (AAI, CISR, CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU) in progress.
• Strong task leadership, prioritization and daily task organization skills.
• Proficiency in managing a book of business through the annual life cycle: new business, customer service, renewal strategy, and delegating to team members.
• Ability to handle smaller, less complex accounts and manage a book under guidance of a Client Team.
• Proficient project management skills.
• Broadening carrier relationships with marketing and underwriting.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines, marketing techniques, regulations, and current trends.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Oxford, MS (also Ridgeland, MS). Salary range: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00.
