Head of Sales – Addicus
Addicus is seeking a refined and strategic sales leader to join our team as the Head of Sales, reporting directly to the partner group. This is a relationship‑first role focused on building deep, consultative partnerships with Centers of Influence (COIs) — primarily accounting firms, law firms, and RIAs.
The ideal candidate will thrive in environments where trust, credibility, and professional polish are paramount. They will love being in the field, especially at COI offices, where they can engage directly with advisors and help them confidently identify clients whose goals align with Addicus’s offerings.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being strategic and collaborative, understands the nuances of working with professionals who themselves serve as trusted advisors, and is comfortable with frequent travel—particularly across the Southeast and, as needed, nationwide.
Responsibilities- Build and nurture deep, consultative partnerships with COIs, establishing Addicus as a trusted partner in their advisor ecosystems.
- Represent Addicus’s Private Equity and Consulting solutions in high‑trust settings, briefing partners at top CPA firms and presenting at industry conferences.
- Engage directly with advisors at their offices to identify client opportunities that align with Addicus’s offerings.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with entrepreneurial wealth creators to design sophisticated investment structures, integrated tax strategies, and forward‑thinking family governance solutions.
- Lead by integrity, insight, and impact, maintaining a polished presence in every interaction.
- Seasoned relationship manager with a CPA, CFA, or comparable credential and a strong track record of building trust‑based client relationships.
- Experience and comfort working with financial professionals such as CPAs, attorneys, and RIAs.
- Strong strategic thinking and collaborative skills, with the ability to navigate complex advisory environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, especially within the Southeast region.
- Competitive base salary: $85,000.00‑$ (average annual range).
- Potential for additional compensation based on performance and role maturity.
