Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Owner located in Oxford, MS. The Business Owner will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, providing financial education to clients, and offering financial products and services. The role involves actively recruiting and mentoring new representatives, developing business strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including term life insurance, mutual funds, annuities, and mortgages
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Experience in sales and client relationship management
• Ability to recruit, train, and mentor new representatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience can be considered
• Licenses in life insurance and securities or willingness to obtain them
