Seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager in Northern Mississippi to lead mental health and substance use treatment programs.

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care, including medication administration, patient assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise staff, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Develop strategies to improve nursing effectiveness, handle crises professionally, and foster positive patient relationships.
• Maintain medical records, manage supplies, and participate in staff training and accreditation efforts.

• RN licensure in Mississippi, 5+ years in mental health/substance use treatment, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.
• Preferred BSN or higher, certifications in CPR or behavioral health, and familiarity with EMR systems.
