Chief Product Officer

Responsibilities

The position will collaborate with other members of technical and product leadership to build out the product plan and technical roadmap for mTrade. The position will assume primary leadership responsibility for managing the product group, the business analysts, and the quality control function of the software.

Summary of priorities

• Lead the development of the company’s overall product plan for the company’s main product line.

• Manage the product management function, quality control function, and the business analysis function of the company.

• Participate in the executive leadership of the company on the senior leadership team.

• Support revenue efforts by meeting with clients, especially post sales.

• Help lead education of the product during implementation and throughout the adoption/expansion of our software and services.

• Play an integral role with supporting staff for educating our employees and others to become proficient with our product offerings.

• Liaison between Product and Marketing to translate into “Go to Market” strategies and the building of marketing/educational materials.

• Maintain performance metrics and KPIs in collaboration with the senior leadership team to measure product success, customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement.

• Be aware of and stay ahead of customer needs and market trends to inform product decisions and drive innovation.

Additional responsibilities

Support of revenue efforts pre-and-post sale with an emphasis on post sale adoption efforts.

Extensive experience

(10+ years) in product management with a proven record in a leadership position in the financial services sector.

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in a business or a related field as a minimum. Master's degree preferred.

Location

The position will be hybrid in nature with mutually agreed periodic visits to the company’s headquarters located in Oxford, MS. The executive will also be expected to travel to see prospects and clients from time to time.

Compensation

Competitive including base salary, executive bonus plan, equity via founders’ stock grant, insurance, and related compensation.

This position requires an acceptable background check and successfully passing a drug test.
