Registered Nurse

The Head Nurse oversees patient care, staff management, and daily operations within a specific nursing department or unit. They coordinate and deliver care based on the nursing process, fostering safe, compassionate, and quality care that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. The role involves providing clinical leadership, collaborating with healthcare teams, and supporting continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. They evaluate clinical interventions, guide staff during critical situations, and participate in activities such as coaching, mentoring, staffing, and performance evaluations.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting, with computer literacy as a core skill.

• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in computer systems
