A well-established partner hospital in Oxford, Mississippi, is seeking a full-time Lead Veterinarian to guide its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian with leadership experience to make a lasting impact—both on the clinical team and the pets and families they serve. • Deliver high-quality veterinary care including diagnostics, treatment, and surgery

• Lead, mentor, and develop veterinary support staff and fellow DVMs

• Manage daily clinic operations, including budgeting, inventory, and workflow

• Implement best practices to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral partners

• Champion a collaborative, positive clinic culture

• DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school

• Licensed to practice in Mississippi (or ability to obtain licensure)

• 2-5 years of experience in a leadership or senior veterinary role

• Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day clinic operations
