Lead Veterinarian – Oxford, MS

A well-established small animal practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Veterinarian to guide a dedicated clinical team and uphold exceptional standards of patient care. This role offers a strong platform for professional growth, leadership development, and the opportunity to shape the medical direction of a thriving veterinary practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to the veterinary and support staff team
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-focused work environment
  • Deliver comprehensive medical and surgical care for a diverse range of patients
  • Support operational goals by partnering with practice leadership on workflow and quality standards

    Build trusted relationships with clients and the wider pet community
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)
  • Active veterinary license (or eligibility for licensure) in the relevant state
  • Strong clinical competency and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
