• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders
• Provide a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure timely, accurate packaging and delivery of orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately without shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Ambitious attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
