Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. This role requires a sharp eye to capture every detail as you scan a series of screens.

• Site location:
  Oxford, MS
• Set schedule:
  Full‑time, 2nd shift 1 pm–8 pm (Sunday); 3rd shift 9 pm–4 am (Monday–Thursday)
• Competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas, verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Pass an extensive security screening process
• Strong report‑writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
• State license if required
