Location: Granville County, NC
Pay: $17+ per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time
We are hiring an Operations Technology Expert in Granville County, NC to keep our technology and systems working so our teams can focus on their jobs. If you love solving tech problems and helping people, this role is for you.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, POS systems, and devices
- Resolve network, Wi-Fi, and internet issues
- Provide friendly tech support to staff and managers
- Manage software updates and equipment setups
- Document issues and coordinate with outside vendors
- Help roll out and train teams on new technology
- 1+ year of IT support or technical experience preferred
- Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks
- Clear communicator with a customer service mindset
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple requests
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- $17+ per hour
- Steady, full-time work
