This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full‑time presence at our Oxford, NC office.
Overview- Direct and organize various component materials into an end finished product and direct associates to achieve standard production rate as per the SPI.
- Direct associates to produce quality products as per the RPPS.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Direct associates to operate cost center at a minimum cost to meet or exceed budget goals.
- Coach and train associates to meet or exceed Quality, GMP, Safety and good Housekeeping Standards.
- Have proficient computer skills.
- Act as backup to the Director of the area (as needed).
- Safety
:
Ensure a safe workplace at all times. Provide resources to address workplace issues. Comply with OSHA & Revlon guidelines. Assist the Safety Director as needed.

Safety incident rate; OSHA & Workmen’s comp cases; restricted duty. - Development of People
:
Strive to make the site a great place to work by proactively developing people, addressing concerns promptly, and contributing to site efforts. Maintain good associate relations and morale.

Lean Manufacturing. - Quality
:
Ensure compliance with Revlon & Governmental Good Manufacturing Practices. Maximize line uptime and throughput. Maintain proper cleaning and sanitizing logs. Work with the Quality Director to implement new requirements. Provide training as needed.

First pass yield accuracy; AOQ;
Rejection of lots; GMP through audits. - Customer Service
:
Meet all customer requirements for domestic, international & special markets. Evaluate production needs and keep Senior Management informed.

Schedule compliance;
Service Levels;
Promotional ship on time. - Financial
:
Manage operational financial aspects: labor, material, overhead, and cost-reduction objectives.
Metrics

Labor efficiency;
Material MU;
Scrap report;
Overhead performance.
- Experience supervising associates in a production environment, preferably drug and/or cosmetic.
- Extensive knowledge of production equipment, safe operating techniques, product capabilities, and troubleshooting methods.
- Strong teamwork and motivational skills.
- High personal commitment, motivation, and leadership in production.
- Experience operating in an FDA‑GMP environment.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate cross‑functional teams.
- Basic computer skills:
Excel, Word, MRP systems.
- Define and enforce job duties and expectations; take corrective action when needed.
- Form reasonable schedules that meet customer and equipment needs; interface with appropriate departments.
- Ensure all equipment is operational and within tolerances.
- Enforce Revlon and governmental policies, guidelines, rules, and procedures.
- Interface with all functional areas as needed (HR, Quality, Distribution, Finance, etc.).
- Maintain Safety incidence rate to meet or exceed target.
- Improve Quality and reduce rejects.
- Achieve GMP score target.
- Achieve favorable Material Usage Variance.
- Meet customer service level and promotional shipment targets.
- Achieve direct and indirect labor efficiency targets.
- Possess a 4‑year degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience.
Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.
Base pay range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year; total compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Additional incentives may apply.
