Location: Oxford, NC (Applicants outside of Oxford preferred)
Pay Rate: $19-24 hourly
Schedule: 3-5 days per week (potential to become a permanent full-time role at the beginning of the year)

Seeking a creative and outgoing Marketing Administrator to support and enhance promotional efforts. This position plays a key role in building community engagement, strengthening relationships with local businesses, and promoting events and initiatives through digital and social media platforms.

• Develop and manage creative marketing campaigns for city promotions and events.
• Oversee social media channels, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
• Use Canva to design visually appealing promotional materials and graphics.
• Collaborate with local businesses to promote events, offers, and community partnerships.
• Serve as a friendly and professional liaison between the city and business owners.
• Track marketing performance and suggest ways to improve visibility and engagement.

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect easily with others.
• Self‑motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
