As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, you will lead with compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence to ensure residents receive the highest quality of life and care. What You Will Do
- Charged with the overall delivery of resident care and the effective functioning of the unit as designated by the Director of Nursing.
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other Nursing Service employees to include assisting with scheduling of team members.
- Evaluate outcomes of care to assure that nursing activities have met minimum standards of care.
- Possess leadership and management skills by exercising sound professional judgment and ethical behavior in decision-making and performance of responsibilities.
- Coordinate orientation and training of new employees.
- Participate in the nursing staff disciplinary action process.
- Must be a positive role model by demonstrating professional practice and behavior, being competent in all areas under his/her direction.
What You Will Bring
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and valid RN license in North Carolina.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or long‑term care setting.
- Knowledgeable of the standards of the Department of Financial Services (DFS) and Federal Medicare and Medicaid regulations for long‑term care.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
- Reliability and commitment to weekend only scheduling.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
