HIRING IMMEDIATELY – 2nd Shift Position
Job Skills / Requirements- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer
- Act as a liaison between clients, Operation Managers, and security officers
- Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range
- Receive and relay instructions, access control, foot patrol, and customer service
- Enforce Contract Standards and administer site safety programs
Candidates must have prior security experience, good customer service skills, attention to detail, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and solid report‑writing skills. Candidates must also attend our licensing class on a Tuesday and Wednesday in Raleigh if they do not already hold a state PPSB‑issued security license.
A Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Supervisor will become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
