Are you a seasoned Maintenance Technician, looking to take your career to the next level? We are a leading company in the Construction industry, seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our high-tech equipment and systems.

You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, contributing to our overall success.

• 1. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.
• 2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including but not limited to Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
• 3. Operate and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.
• 4. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand the structure and function of equipment and systems.
• 5. Identify potential issues and propose solutions to prevent future problems or breakdowns.
• 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.
• 7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• 8. Comply with all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the Construction industry or a similar role.
• 2. Proven experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, preventive maintenance, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, blueprint reading, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
• 3. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
• 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• 5. Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• 6. A strong commitment to safety, with the ability to comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• 7. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as needed.
• 8. A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is a plus.
