Position Highlights: BE/BC Pediatrician opportunity with an established and growing practice Outpatient-focused role with light inpatient/newborn rounding responsibilities Full-time, four-day workweek (8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.) After-hours call rotation 1:4 with nurse triage support Low-volume inpatient responsibilities: 400 births annually Average 1 3 newborns in hospital 1 2 pediatric inpatient admissions monthly Opportunity to collaborate with Children s Medical Center Supportive and collegial environment committed to comprehensive pediatric care Strong work/life balance encouraged and demonstrated Shared decision-making culture
