Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and assisting with selections.
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
• Promote teamwork and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and customer requests, using proper equipment.
• Offer samples and inform customers about specials.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly portioned, and well-stocked.
• Use equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs needed.
• Handle customer and employee safety concerns appropriately.
• Work effectively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with integrity and follow directions to resolve issues.
• Support customers with special needs and perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills (minimum requirement).
• Previous experience is a plus (desired).
