We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wealth Manager to join our advisory team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to high-net-worth individuals and families, guiding them through personalized financial planning and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary advisor to clients, providing comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services
- Grow our business strategically by cultivating new client relationships through referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Develop customized investment strategies in alignment with clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively recommend adjustments based on market trends and client objectives
- Collaborate with internal team members on portfolio management, research, and financial planning deliverables
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through excellent service, transparency, and timely communication
- Support business development efforts by participating in client events, marketing initiatives, and outreach strategies
- Consistently and accurately manage client data and interactions using our CRM software platform, ensuring up-to-date, compliant records
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, financial plans, and investment decisions in accordance with regulatory standards
- Required:
- Active Series 65
- Experience in financial services working with clients with a track record of success
- Preferred:
- CFP designation
- Ability to transition an existing book of business (preferred, but not required)
- Depth of experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Mastery of various financial planning and investment software products
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Relationship-focused with a deep commitment to serving clients’ best interests
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Compensation: Competitive base pay plus performance-based quarterly bonus
