Position Summary

A well-established Registered Investment Advisor seeks a Client Services Specialist to support a private wealth advisory practice serving high-net-worth families. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and precision, with a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client service support consistent with fiduciary and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records, documentation, and correspondence
  • Prepare client materials and reports to institutional standards
  • Manage electronic data, document retention, and secure workflows
  • Support advisors with account administration, onboarding, and service requests
  • Coordinate with custodians, internal partners, and service providers as required
Requirements
  • Required:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
    • Demonstrated ability to work with electronic data in regulated environments
    • Professional phone presence and written communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with in private banking, family office, trust, or Registered Investment Advisor environments
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
    • Experience with portfolio management, reporting, or custodial platforms
