Healthcare Nursing, RN Nurse
The Knolls of Oxford, a continuing care retirement community, is seeking compassionate LPNs to add to our nursing team!
We’re looking for part-time (2 days per week) 7a-730p nurses in our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. The payrate for this position is $35.00 per hour, there is also a $2.00 shift differential for shift differential starting will be required to work some weekends and holidays.
The primary purpose of your job is to provide nursing/patient care under the direction of the RN Supervisor to meet standards of accrediting and regulatory bodies, and professional standards of care. You administer all aspects of patient care including, but not limited to, nursing care, medications, treatments, and restorative care. You are responsible for requisitions and will arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services, as ordered by the physician, and in accordance with established procedures.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the nurses' notes reflect the care plan is being followed when administering nursing care of treatment.
- Gathers resident information and data to be utilized by the RN in comprehensive assessments, MDS, and RAPS.
- Admits, transfers, and discharges residents according to established procedures.
- Provide high quality patient care and treatment.
- Educate and update patients and family members on medical treatments.
- Have a positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly.
- Must have an active LPN license for State of Ohio; or have an Active multi-state license
