• Achieve optimal performance from staff through clear job expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcement of policies.

• Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals.

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual atmosphere.
• Steady, stable employment track record and a minimum of two professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and customer/guest service focus.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
