SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) – Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that assigned job expectations are met and that policies and procedures are maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety expectations are met.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $22.25 per hour.
