As a Kitchen Leader you will learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, sauté vegetables, order supplies, and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You are responsible for ensuring our food is delicious, safe, and prepared to our high standards.

• Support a strong team dynamic between back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house crew
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized
• Monitor kitchen equipment, maintain it, and arrange for rapid repair of malfunctioning equipment
• Ensure safety guidelines are met to prevent injuries and accidents
