Overview

The Knolls of Oxford, a continuing care retirement community located in Oxford, OH, is seeking a friendly, personable, and customer service-oriented Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s license and have at least two years of driving experience with older adults and maintain a safe driving record. This is a part-time hourly position. The hours for this position are 8a-4p.

This role requires flexibility with your schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.50 per hour. Pay is based on prior experience.

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled activities on and off campus.
• Ensure a positive, welcoming experience for residents during transit.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local safety standards.
• Adhere to all applicable driving and safety regulations.

• Minimum of two years of driving experience, preferably with older adult populations.
• Demonstrated safe driving record.
• Personable, customer service-focused, and reliable.
• Flexible availability to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 45lbs.

Benefits will begin after 30 days of employment. 401k with a guaranteed match of up to 5%.
