Are you a Senior Client Accountant looking for your next exciting role? Do you have experience, or an interest in Property? We are looking for a talented Senior Client Accountant to join our expanding Client Accounts team, focusing on Lost Sites and service charge accounting delivery.

• Preparation and finalisation of service charge and statutory accounts (RMC/RTM)
• Delivery of Interim and Final accounts packs for lost sites
• Liaison with auditors, clients, managing agents and internal teams
• VAT reporting, budgets and ad hoc financial reporting
• Resolving account queries and maintaining accurate reporting trackers
• Supporting workflow delivery and meeting KPIs and deadlines

• Part-qualified or qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
• Experience preparing service charge accounts
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
• Highly organised, client focused and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Property sector experience desirable
