Dealership Accountant opportunity Oxford

• Salary: Between £40-45,000 per annum, pending experience, plus a performance-related bonus scheme (roughly £5,000 per annum).
• Hours: 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Our client, a multi‑award‑winning car dealer group operating across South Wales and Southern England, is currently recruiting a Dealership Accountant to oversee one of their dealerships in Oxford.

• Production of management accounts for dealership sites.
• Full monthly reconciliation of the balance sheet.
• Support non‑financial managers in the business.
• Support the central accounts team.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Kerridge system and ensure full compliance with our client’s accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of files and returns for both internal and external auditors as required.

In order to be eligible, our clients are looking for a well‑presented individual who has a positive work ethic and recent or current experience within a similar Dealership Accountant role in a fast‑paced accounting environment. The ideal individual will be enthusiastic, highly organised and a good team player, able to work to strict deadlines and have an attention to detail. They should be self‑motivated with the ability to solve problems and be IT literate (ideally with Kerridge/Keyloop dealer management system experience).

A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
