Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established organisation in North Oxfordshire for an experienced Head of Accounting to lead its accounting function and play a key role in the finance leadership team.
You will own statutory reporting, financial controls, audits and tax reporting, manage a small team, ensure UK GAAP, IFRS and FRS
102 compliance, and drive continuous improvements to systems and processes.
