Part Time Management Accountant

Part Time Management Accountant | Nottinghamshire | £200 -£250 per day (umbrella) | 3 days on site An established, family-owned business is looking for a Part Time Management Accountant to take ownership of financial control and reporting, with genuine scope to grow the role over time. This is a chance to join a stable and established finance team and become a key part of a business with a strong local reputation.

What you'll be doing Taking full ownership of financial control and reporting, from bookkeeping through to management accounts Producing monthly management accounts with supporting analysis and trend reporting Managing high-volume daily transactions alongside occasional higher-value sales Building and maintaining cash flow forecasts Overseeing statutory and insurance reporting, VAT and digital tax compliance Leading year-end and audit processes Managing and developing a team of three accounts staff What we're looking for Solid experience in a management accounting role, ideally with previous line management experience ACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience — we're open on qualification route Comfortable working across high transaction volumes and varied invoice values Retail, automotive or dealership background is a bonus but not essential A confident, adaptable people manager who brings good energy to an established team
