Financial Accountant | 15-Month FTC | Near Bury St Edmunds | Hybrid Working I'm currently working with a well-established and growing business to recruit a Financial Accountant for a 15-month maternity cover contract. Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home Salary : up to £55kpa This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong ACA or ACCA qualified accountant looking to join a collaborative finance team in a broad and varied role.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of statutory financial statements (FRS 102 & IFRS) Consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reporting Managing and coordinating the external audit process Technical accounting and financial reporting Corporation tax support and quarterly tax estimates Process improvement, financial controls and SOX compliance Business partnering and providing financial insight to stakeholders Essential: ACA or ACCA qualification Strong technical accounting knowledge Experience preparing or auditing statutory accounts under FRS 102 & IFRS Consolidation experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The business offers a supportive environment, hybrid working, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities to make an impact.
