Portfolio Manager – Cheltenham Salary - DOE An opportunity to build a career in a specialist sector while working closely with a diverse and interesting client portfolio. We’re delighted to be supporting an established accountancy practice in Cheltenham with the appointment of a Portfolio Manager to join its growing agricultural and rural team.

This role offers a qualified accountant the chance to work with agricultural, rural and land-based businesses, combining accountancy and tax expertise with commercially focused advice. You'll take ownership of your portfolio, develop strong client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the specialist team. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a varied portfolio of agricultural, rural and land-based clients Overseeing the preparation and completion of annual accounts and business tax computations Advising on remuneration planning, profit forecasting, capital taxes and VAT Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value through tax planning and wider commercial advice Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team Representing the practice at relevant client and industry events About You ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent Experience working with agricultural, rural or farming clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent client relationship and communication skills Commercially aware with a proactive approach Good working knowledge of Excel, Xero and Sage Next steps:
