Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break) Working Pattern:
Office-based
Key Responsibilities Daily reconciliation and allocation of incoming cash using customer remittances for commercial accounts. Contact customers via email and phone when remittances are missing or unclear, ensuring accurate allocation. Record all activity, including attempts to obtain remittances and any issues affecting allocation. Reverse incorrect allocations and reallocate funds accurately when errors are identified. Identify anomalies in remittances and proactively contact customers to clarify or resolve discrepancies.
Skills & Competencies Strong computer literacy and confidence using finance systems. Knowledge of SAP and / or Salesforce and advantage Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and data manipulation. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Clear and professional communication skills when dealing with internal teams and external customers. Good numerical ability and confidence working with financial data. Ability to maintain focus and accuracy when carrying out repetitive tasks.
