Position: Academic Office Administrator (Wellbeing and Funding) - Secondment Backfill

Overview

At Kellogg College, the Academic Office plays a central role in supporting our diverse graduate community, working across admissions, student experience, wellbeing and academic progression. As part of a collaborative and student-focused team, the Academic Office is committed to delivering an efficient, professional and welcoming service to applicants, students, and advisors throughout the academic lifecycle. We are seeking a friendly and organised Academic Office Administrator - Wellbeing and Funding to help us deliver an efficient and supportive service to our Colleges student community.

Role

and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate student records
  • Provide a friendly point of contact for queries
  • Provide support in arranging the Welcome Week events
  • Manage the administrative support to the Scholarships processes
  • Take on responsibility for the content of the student handbook, from draft to online publication

This role is fixed term for 12 months, covering a secondment.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of administrative procedures with the ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the role
  • Experience of organising and/or delivering events
